Method Blanch asparagus and remove from water when just tender. Drain asparagus well. Arrange on plate and drizzle with Pukara Estate Lemon Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmiggiano and serve whilst still warm.
