ASPARAGUS WITH LEMON EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND GRATED PARMESAN

Ingredients
Bunch fresh asparagus spears
Pukara Estate Lemon Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Parmiggiano, grated
Salt & Pepper


Method
Blanch asparagus and remove from water when just tender. Drain asparagus well. Arrange on plate and drizzle with Pukara Estate Lemon Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmiggiano and serve whilst still warm.
