PASTA WITH HOT CHILLI OIL  

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Pukara Estate  Chilli Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
½ tsp Chilli flakes
1 packet pasta of your choice
2 tbsp parsley chopped
Pinch sea salt
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  



Method
Heat Chilli Oil in a non stick pan and sauté garlic until soft. Add Chilli flakes and sauté for another minute. Cook pasta in boiling water according to instructions on packet. Drain pasta and keep 1/3 cup of cooking water. Toss pasta with the flavored Oil, remaining liquid, parmesan and salt. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
