Serving Suggestion

Our Lemon oil can be teamed with rosemary and garlic to marinate a butterflied leg of lamb, or lamb back straps, before cooking on the char grill. Use it with freshly chopped herbs as a baste and stuffing for a baked whole snapper. The lighter flavours work well to dress fresh grilled asparagus.
