Serving Suggestions
Try using the oil to dress warm canellini beans, chargrilled vegetables, or a fresh tomato, bocconcini cheese & basil salad. It’s also perfect in marinades with barbecued fish, or to baste roasted potatoes & vegetables. For a deliciously simple pasta, heat some oil in a pan, add some finely chopped garlic and flat leaf parsley. Then, toss through spaghettini. Serve with freshly grated parmiggiano.
