Serving Suggestion
For a hearty meal, sautee some chopped onion until clear. Then add veal shanks and brown all over. Add some crushed roma tomatoes and allow to simmer, adding Pukara Estate Pickled Lemon and Bay Leaf Marinated Olives to taste.
