To process your order, you are required to have a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and live in Australia. Orders generally ship the following business day and are delivered direct to your door for a small freight charge, within a few days. During the Christmas and New Year period courier services may be restricted so please allow longer at those times. Please note that because we use a courier for delivery, it is important to provide a street address where someone will be present during normal working hours to accept deliveries (please do not use PO Box addresses). Delivery charges vary according to destination but are all "capped" - ie the cost does NOT increase as you order more.
