250ML GARLIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The rich flavour of roast garlic is a delicious accompaniment to any Italian style dish or fresh, simple ingredients. Our Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect with freshly chopped continental parsley over barbequed prawns or drizzled over roast potatoes with rosemary and cracked black pepper.
250ML LEMON EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Our Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil is great for dishes that need a zesty lemon base. Try it with fresh herbs on fish or chicken or as a marinade with freshly chopped rosemary on barbequed lamb.
250ML CARAMELISED BALSAMIC VINEGAR
One of our most popular products that can be used to add that special touch to so many meals. Try as a glaze on pan fried chicken or lamb cutlets or over stawberries and ice cream to create a simple dessert.
250ML blackcurrent balsamic vinegar
Our Blackcurrent Balsamic Vinegar is perfect with Pukara Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil as a dressing or use as a glaze to prepare quick and tasty dishes, matches beautifully with beef or pork.
ARTICHOKE & GREEN OLIVE TAPENADE
Simply spread our Artichoke & Green Olive Tapenade on crusty bread or brushetta. For a delicious light meal, make a savory tartlet with crumbled blue or feta cheese, top with Artichoke & Green Olive Tapenade and baby watercress and serve.
ROAST MUSHROOM AND OLIVE RELISH

| Dukkah or dokka (Dok-ka) is an Egyptian dry mixture of chopped nuts, seeds and Middle Eastern spices and flavours. Traditionally Dukkah is eaten by dipping fresh Egyptian baladi bread first into olive oil and then into the nut mixture. Dukkah is a versatile seasoning and can also be sprinkled onsalads or vegetables. It can also be used as a crust or breading for foods like lamb, shrimp, fish or chicken. |
