500g Fresh Green Prawns
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1tbls Pukara Estate Premium EVOO
3 tbls Pukara Estate chilli infused EVOO
1 handful of chopped Flat-leaf parsley
300g fresh spaghetti
Shell and de-vein prawns.
In bowl place the prawns, olive oil and garlic. Leave aside.
Boil spaghetti in salted water as per instructions.
Fry the prawns in a deep fry pan on a high heat. When almost done (just opaque) squeeze over juice of 1 lemon, Season and add the drained, cooked spaghetti.
Drizzle with chilli infused olive oil and combine. Serve immediately with parsley sprinkled over the top of each dish.
