SALSA VERDE
Ingredients
2 cups Pukara Estate Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oils
2 cups vinegar
2 handfuls continental parsley leaves, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 slice stale white bread, crust removed
1 tablespoon capers
1 small chilli
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Place all ingredients into an electric blender and blend until well combined. Strain through a fine sieve. |
