Serving Suggestions
This sweet and sour vinegar is great to dress
summer salads or over grilled seafood. Try on freshly shucked oysters or
with any dish using pork. For a great dressing for salmon sashimi,
arrange freshly sliced salmon on a plate, drizzle the guava vinegar over
the salmon with a drizzle of Pukara Estate Lime Flavoured Olive Oil,
then sprinkle with some
finely chopped chilli and coriander. Serve immediately.
