Creamy Salad Dressing
Beautiful over warm potato salad. This simple dressing is great over any salad of your choice. A perfect match with winter salads.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
30mL Pukara Estate White Wine Liqueur Vinegar
20mL Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp chopped chives
juice of half a lemon
pinch of Pukara Estate Pepper & Olive Smoked Salt Flakes
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse.
Great to drizzle over boiled potatoes or with shredded carrots and cabbage for a fresh tasting coleslaw.
