I love Pukara Estate red wine liqueur vinegar. I dice half an onion, and a clove of garlic and mix it with chopped and drained tomatoes. Then I season it and add some red wine liqueur vinegar. I serve this over grilled Turkish bread. It's especially good with home grown tomatoes.
