Asian spring salad dressing

A simple dressing recipe that is versatile enough for salads or over cold roast dusk or pork. Even works drizzled over hot smoked salmon.


30mL Pukara Estate Lemon Olive Oil

20mL Pukara Estate Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

15mL Pukara Estate Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tbs chopped mint/coriander

1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced

1 garlic clove crushed.


Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse.

This dressing with great with Asian greens and cucumber or Asian inspired duck or seafood salads.
