Asian spring salad dressing

A simple dressing recipe that will impress.


30mL Pukara Estate Lemon Flavoured Olive Oil

20mL Pukara Estate Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

15mL Pukara Estate Truffle Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tbs chopped mint/coriander

1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced

1 garlic clove crushed.


Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse.

This dressing with great with Asian greens and cucumber or Asian inspired duck or seafood salads.
