Asparagus with Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Grated Parmesan
Simple delicious way to use fresh asparagus when in season.
Bunch fresh asparagus spears
Pukara Estate Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Reggiano Parmigiano, grated
Salt and pepper
Blanch asparagus and remove from water when just tender. Drain asparagus well. Arrange on plate and drizzle with Pukara Estate Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Reggiano Parmigiano and serve whilst still warm.
