Basic Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp Pukara Estate red-wine liqueur vinegar

2 tsp Pukara Estate Premium Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Half tsp cold water (optional)

Salt and pepper

Method

Place the mustard in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the vinegar so that the mustard remains creamy and smooth.

Slowly whisk in the olive oil: once again, the dressing should remain creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
