Chilli Broccolini with Slivered Almonds

Quick, healthy & delicious chilli broccolini.


2 Bunches broccolini

1 fresh chilli

100 grams of slivered almonds

Pukara Estate Chilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pukara Estate Chilli Smoked Salt Flakes


Deseed and chop the chilli.

Heat a wok or large pan to high heat. Add a little oil.

Stir-fry the chilli for 30 seconds.

Add the broccolini and 1 tablespoon water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender & crisp.

Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with Chilli EVOO.

Top with toasted slivered almonds and sprinkle with chilli smoked salt flakes.

Serving suggestions:

Add in a splash of oyster sauce or tamari for an Asian twist!

Try with asparagus in place of the broccolini
