Creamy Bacon Pasta
1 brown onion, finely diced
200g finely diced bacon
20mL Pukara Estate Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Half tbls Pukara Estate Pepper and Olive Smoked Salt Flakes
350g fettuccini, cooked al dente
Add Garlic EVOO to a large fry pan over a medium heat. Pan-fry onion until translucent, add bacon and cook until golden.
Add cream, reduce heat and cook until slightly thickened. Add Smoked Salt and cooked pasta. Stir until combined.
Serve with a garnish of chopped parsley leaves.
