Creamy Bacon Pasta

A simple weekenight meal.


1 brown onion, finely diced

200g finely diced bacon

250mL cream

20mL Pukara Estate herb Flavoured Oil

Half tbls Pukara Estate Pepper and Olive Smoked Salt

350g fettuccini, cooked al dente


Add herb oil to a large fry pan over a medium heat. Pan-fry onion until translucent, add bacon and cook until golden.

Add cream, reduce heat and cook until slightly thickened. Add Smoked Salt and cooked pasta. Stir until combined.

Serve with a garnish of chopped parsley leaves.
