Creamy Salad dressing

A simple dressing recipe that will impress.


2 tbs Pukara Estate Traditional Mayo

30mL Pukara Estate White wine liqueur Vinegar

20mL Pukara Estate Pepper Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp wholegrain mustard

1 tbsp chopped chives

juice of half a lemon

pinch of Pukara Estate Olive and Pepper Smoked Salt Flakes


Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse.

Great to drizzle over boiled potatoes or with shredded carrots and cabbage for a fresh tasting coleslaw.
