Fiery Hot Dressing

A chilli lovers delight. The red wine liqueur vinegar gives it a little sweetness and accompanies the chilli EVOO perfectly. Great over steamed greens or pumpkin salad.

30mL Pukara Estate Chilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil

20mL Pukara Estate Red Wine Liqueur Vinegar

15mL soy sauce

Half tsp smokey Paprika

Half tsp ground cumin


Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse.

This salad dressing can be used over roast pumpkin with baby spinach or with broccoli and beans.
