Pesto Dressing
Our basil pesto gives this dressing a nutty edge. So versatile it can be drizzled over a pasta salad right through to potatoes, steak or chicken. Try this one for a barbecue favourite.

Ingredients
30mL Pukara Estate White Balsamic Vinegar
30mL Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbs Pukara Estate Basil Pesto
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse.
This one is fantastic over potatoes or pasta salads but also great with a tinned salmon salad or hearty vegetable salad.
