Rocket, Pear & Parmesan Salad

This classic combination of rocket, pear, parmesan and walnut is a great dish on its own or the perfect side to your favourite meat dish.


125g Rocket

2 x Pears, cored and thinly sliced

¼ cup shaved Parmesan

¼ cup Walnuts

¼ cup Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbls Pukara Estate Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar


To serve, place the rocket, pear, & walnuts into a large bowl add the Premium EVOO and Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar and gently toss to combine.

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with parmesan.
