Simple Dressing
A dressing recipe couldn't get more simple then this. Serve over a green salad or a larger garden salad with fresh veggies.

Ingredients
Juice of half a lemon
40mL Pukara Estate Red Wine Liqueur Vinegar
50mL Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse.
This simple dressing is great with any green salad or fresh garden salad.
