Ingredients
40mL Pukara Estate Guava Vinegar
20mL Pukara Estate Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20mL Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbs finely shopped mint leaves
Pinch Pukara Estate Chilli Smoked Salt Flakes
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse.
Goes well with any salad containing avocado, mangoes or fruit. Or try on a fresh seafood salad or light chicken salad with mango and avocado. Perfect for those summer barbecues and light dinners.
